FICEPINDUSTRIAL METAL SERVICES - Buy their fifth FICEP machine – the Tipo D4

IMS, one of the largest steel stockholders in the South East of England, already have 4 FICEP machines.   A Gemini for processing plates, 2 saws for general steel cutting and a FICEP 1001 DZB drill/saw line for long profiles.

Their latest purchase is a FICEP Tipo D4 line for processing flat bar and angles, with automatic loading, punching, marking, notching, drilling and cutting of small and large components.

IMS researched the market and decided that a FICEP machine was the ideal choice to meet all of their requirements and they are delighted with the superior levels of customer service and spare part support. TIPO D4

Garrick Eyre, General Manager, said,

“The Tipo D4 complements our existing FICEP machines, the drilling line and the Gemini.  We are now able to offer drilled sections, bespoke plates and drilled standard shapes and with the Tipo we can now offer a punched hole giving a faster delivery time on base plates and angle cleats.  It also opens us up to a new market in secondary steelwork components.”
